- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Local office so you deal with person to person experience. Filled a claim and did not have to fight with them to settle my claim. They took care of me and made it a breeze. Check arrived in my mailbox 4 days later. Usaa tried to take me when I filled a claim with them. They wanted to piece together my kitchen instead of fixing it right. Went so far as to have to report them to Bbb. Even at that they did not handle my claim fairly. I had to settle for a way less amount just because I was tired of dealing with them. So when these guys came out and took a look, listened to my concerns and we agreed on a fair settlement all in less than two days I was very happy. Only reason for 4 stars is they are quite a bit higher than what I had before. That being said I have a lot more coverage and the customer service is allot better. I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for. If you have USAA is drop them immediately and give these guys a strong consideration!November 02, 2017by Paul Schultz
